System Description
The main objectives of training the GTS
General physical training

Develop basic physical qualities with the primary development of agility through mastering complex coordination exercises and general endurance

To form a base for special physical training in a specific military-applied sport, in military or labor activity (private security service, enterprise security service)

Develop special qualities – a sense of balance, equilibrium, concentration, contributing to the development of proprioceptive sensitivity and the formation of the skill of controlling the stabilization of both the body and the weapon, which is one of the most important conditions for improving shooting performance
Special physical training

Mastering and developing optimal actions for military personnel in the complex use of several types of small arms and bladed weapons, special means, hand-to-hand combat techniques and medical training in one exercise in a dynamically changing target environment, emerging obstacles, from various positions, with reloading, weapon selection and active change firing positions

Generalization of advanced techniques of fire and tactical training, close combat with edged weapons

Preparing military personnel to perform tasks in various environments and introducing new forms of personnel training

Nurturing high moral-volitional (psychological) qualities, resourcefulness and determination, self-confidence against the backdrop of heavy physical and mental stress

Formation of relationships of camaraderie and mutual assistance, increasing coherence and cohesion
Special innovative technique for the development of proprioceptive sensitivity and muscle memory
Techniques and movements, as they are mastered, are memorized as formal complexes for working in pairs. The process from simple to complex does not create difficulties in learning, since the subsequent complex will be formed on the basis of previously studied material. Subsequently, students will create their own formal complexes and form their own unique battle pattern:
- Familiarization with the sequence of using various parts of the body when performing basic movements and martial techniques in a relaxed state and slow execution
- The use of special functional training exercises that replicate the biomechanics of movements or actions, based on basic loads and actions in real combat conditions, which form “neurological mastery”
- Testing muscle memory when performing techniques or movements with an attacking partner
- Classes are regularly conducted in conditions that simulate a real situation, which will allow you to prepare psychologically
- During the lesson, roles alternate: student – trainer. The student himself explains the technique of performing a technique or movement to his partner
- When learning techniques, the student understands what he is doing and how he can use it in a real fight. The brain and body work in sync
