In the second ten days of January 2024, the Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Security Experts, author of the innovative close combat system «Golden Triangle», Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Alexander Shlychkov took a working trip to Dakar (Republic of Senegal).
The program of the first visit to the African continent turned out to be as eventful as possible. The inviting party introduced the Guest to the national culture and traditions of the country. The Russian side had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a hospitable atmosphere and establish friendly contacts.
“What is Africa traditionally associated with for us? This is something distant and exotic. But Africa is a fast-growing, distinctive, multifaceted continent with enormous potential. A continent that wants to be on top of advanced trends,” said Alexander Shlychkov. As part of the trip, the inviting party organized a press conference with the participation of the country’s key media. During the press conference, event newsmaker Alexander Shlychkov told reporters about the structure, features and priority of the innovation system, and shared plans for projects in the Region. He especially emphasized that “The System is, in essence, a tool that helps unite people of different social classes, different worldviews and levels of physical fitness, so its accessibility and effectiveness is an extremely attractive factor.” The emergence of a new fitness format “Melee Combat Studio”, authored by Alexander Shlychkov, will make it possible to introduce a new model of physical education and provide young people with in-demand professional competencies.
The «Golden Triangle» system is a conglomerate of highly effective disciplines that are unique in their combination, allowing one to achieve high performance in the shortest possible time, which has a positive effect on a person’s general physical condition and allows him to prevent injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Participants in the master class on innovative teaching methods received a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and skills directly from the original source – from the author of the System. The seminar became an incentive for the development of the NWT in Senegal, opening up new prospects and opportunities for the residents of the country. In addition to self-realization in sports, it is also the acquisition of professional competencies. The event became not only a sporting event, but also an example of cultural exchange on an international scale.
During testing, it became obvious that completing any course of the author’s System generates healthy excitement and shows sustainable positive results. The steady interest on the part of representatives of various age groups and social status is obvious. It was decided to create a new sport – “Practical athletic all-around”. “Interest in this young but dynamically developing sport is growing and we are convinced that the development of the «Golden Triangle System» in Senegal has great potential,” emphasized the author of the System.
Alexander Shlychkov gave a detailed interview to the CNM channel. Answering questions from on-air guests and journalists, he especially emphasized the prospects for the development of the System both in Senegal and on the African continent in general. “The system developed in Russia,” noted Alexander Shlychkov, “is a step towards creating friendly international relations. The system harmoniously develops a person and forms applied skills that are so necessary today. We are ready to share our accumulated experience.”
The final chord of the trip, on January 25, 2024, at the Russian Embassy in Dakar, was a meeting between Alexander Shlychkov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Senegal and the Republic of the Gambia Dmitry Viktorovich Kurakov. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Senegalese side, who are opening a branch of the “DOSAAF Russia Special Training Center”, which will work according to the innovative methodology of the “Golden Triangle” system.
The visit took place in a friendly atmosphere and allowed for a frank and confidential exchange of views on key issues. Both sides focused on the implementation of projects implemented in bilateral relations, on the need to stimulate direct contacts that have a common interest in developing projects.
“The visit to Dakar, although short, was eventful and now we can confidently note its maximum fruitfulness. This is my first time on the African continent, my first time in Dakar. Senegal is a bright palette of colors, an original, unique country. The welcome in Senegal was warm, with the traditional African flavor. I am confident that we are at the beginning of an exciting and fruitful process of cooperation. A start has been made,” emphasized Alexander Shlychkov.
